@ChaseSupport I'm most concerned that the phone support has access to my social security number. You have multiple sources of information about me that can verify my identity. Why does this front line support have access to my full SSN? How can you even be compliant with data protection laws

@_JonathanNotJon @Chase @ChaseSupport IDK if this is helpful, but I figured I would try. Usually on those big bank credit cards, you can place a fraud claim and replace your card via the app or website. Just mentioning this in case it is active fraud

@ChaseSupport hi! I opened an account with you in branch today but they never mentioned the $200 new customer offer when you meet the direct deposit requirement. will this automatically be applied to new accounts that are opened? or do I need to do something to active it? thanks

@ChaseSupport signed up for a card & U decide to put one of my last names as my middle name. Was forced to go in person to resolve the issue and even then U sent me a second card WITH MY NAME WRONG AGAIN. Emailed your employee Gessika Decade twice in 2 days and no reply. Shameful

Horrible customer service @ChaseSupport. I have been calling since a month trying to get a refund for a wrong booking due to agent error and I still don’t have any updates or resolution. No ownership or urgency from their end to resolve it.

@ChaseSupport Am trying to book air travel. When I chose return trip, site goes to blank page or endless rotating circle. Selected alternate flights with same response. Had issue all yesterday and again this morning. Travel specialist had same issue and said he'd report it.
