We live among God's Creation with Deer, Squirrel's and Many more Critter's that keep you entertained!! The City represents Noise, Drama, Traffic at all hours of the day and night. Including close neighbor's which limits privacy.

People are looking for those out-of-way places to live... Now Especially with the Uncertainties of this World!!
Well, we have that place with 3 Wonderful neighbor's (one is seasonal) who keep an eye on each other's place while gone a day or a week. They are approx. 300 - 400' from our Property line. We also have a Security Monitoring System called... NIGHT OWL with 4 Camera's and can add 4 more!!

What we have to offer is a: 14x40' Old Hickory Modified Deluxe Playhouse Cabin with 2 loft's and several Ad-in's for personal Safety (New since 2021)!!

It is Fully Insulated with sprayed-in "Close Cell Foam" which benefits inside temps!! We've worked on our "Dream Cabin" for the last 2 yrs. It is 99% done on "Major's" inside... only Cosmetic trim's, etc. needed!! The Carpet was installed by Home Depot and the Plank flooring in the Kitchen and Bath was installed by US... 2 yrs. ago. We are Older now and a little slower getting these task's WHY this Cabin will sell "AS IS"!! The Cabin was framed with 2x4" and 16" Center's... it has 2x6"-12" floor joist's Center's. The outside paint consists of a Urethane coat over Chestnut Brown paint. The roof is a Brown Metal (two levels). There is a Good sized Porch, Fully wrapped with a Black mesh netting to allow fresh air IN, and bug's OUT on a nice Summer's day!! There are Custom made Cedar Shutter's for ALL 6 window's.

We've Fully skirted with Foam/Plywood and Foam Boarded insulation around perimeter of Cabin. Under the Cabin is 6 ml. Plastic Sheeting to help with the Cold from ground exposure. The Cabin is currently wired for Dish TV including an upgrade called... Jupiter 3 for better phone and data for... Hughesnet!! Our "Lifeline" is a small Cabin equipped to handle 200 amp Service (which is typical) Plus, a 30 amp plug-in for an RV hook-up!!

The Garage is (16x24' not used for a vehicle) more for Personal item's and Storage. An old Wood burning Stove, a Refridgerator and small Freezer (included). A Work Bench and above is a loft (8x12') Carpeted!! There is another Shed built at the rear of the Main Cabin (10x18') with loft... Mainly built to cover a 1,500 gal. Water tank with a New Cattle warmer for extra protection against Freeze-up's. Of course, there is Plenty of room for yard tools and saw's etc. which are included in the sale!! In the front-side of the Cabin is a Buried Water tank (1,000 gal.) used Mainly for outside Domestic uses, it has a pump will include saws, yard shovel's, etc. This was Mainly built to protect our 1,500 gal. (above ground) water tank includes a New cattle warmer to Prevent freeze-up's!! In the Front side of the Cabin is a Buried 1,000 gal. water tank... used Mainly for domestic outside purposes. It has a pump inside for easier water access.

We also wrapped All the Plumbing and Electrical wire's, Water pump and Sewer pipe with insulation against Freeze-up's. There are several Wood benches and a large picnic table. The Property which we call "Paradise" is Landscaped and Graveled in the living area as well ALL 3 Driveway's!! The Power and Sewer are All certified... it's Owned as is the Land "Free and Clear" NO lien's and ALL Taxes Paid to date!! We DO pay $50.00 per year for Road maintenance... NO HOA here!!

We are surrounded by: Pine, Cedar and Fir trees!! It's the Best Property on Bly Mountain and people have described it
as a "Park" setting!! We tried to make it Resortful and never yearn to go Camping, as it's ALL here!! There's alot of Parking!! The Property is Fully covered by... Liberty Mutual insurance and have ALL paper's on repair's as well as Contact's to Anything Concerning this Cabin and Property. There's lots of parking available for those large family
get-together's!!

Our reason for leaving this Paradise is... our Grand-children and our Son's who barely get to see us often enough!!
Our relative's and friend's who need our presence as well (since 2015)!! The Location is rather easy to find... just off 140 and 2 mi. in and your HERE!! The Main town of Klamath Falls is approx. 30 mi. from here and has Everything you would need. The Cute little town of Bonanza is approx. 13 mi. from here... it has a General Store, Gas station and Several Cafe's!!

This is a "Move-in" Ready Opportunity for you to make your own Memories and Raise your Children in a Wholesome Environment instead of the Unknown's of City Life and a Great place to Retire for the Nature and Quiet Peace.
